Privacy policy
This policy explains what Secondish collects on secondish.store, why we keep it, and how California residents can make a request.
Effective September 27, 2026.
Who operates this site
Secondish operates secondish.store. Privacy requests go to support@secondish.store.
Information we collect
- Support form: your name, email address, message, and an optional product name.
- Checkout: PayPal processes the payment. We receive the order result, including a transaction id, status, amount, item numbers, and the payer email PayPal returns.
- Saved items: the cart is stored in your browser under the name secondish-cart. It stays on your device until you clear it.
- Server logs: our host may record the IP address, browser type, and the time of a request when the contact form or checkout runs.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a government ID, precise location, health information, or account passwords.
Why we use it
- To answer a question about an item.
- To complete, ship, or follow up on an order.
- To keep a record of a payment and the items in that order.
- To limit repeated form submissions.
Who receives it
- PayPal, when you use a checkout button. PayPal’s own terms cover the payment account, card, Venmo, or Pay Later details you enter there.
- The company that hosts this website, so the form and checkout scripts can run.
- A shipping carrier, using the address PayPal provides, when an order ships.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Do not sell or share my personal information
Secondish does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no separate opt-out switch because that sale or share does not happen. You can still email support@secondish.store and ask us to confirm this.
Browser storage and Do Not Track
The cart uses browser storage on your device. PayPal may set its own cookies when its buttons load. This site does not use advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. A browser Do Not Track signal is not used to build a profile, because we do not build one.
California privacy requests
A California resident can email support@secondish.store to:
- Ask what personal information we have collected, used, or disclosed about you.
- Ask us to delete personal information we keep, except records we still need for an order, a security log, or a legal duty.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to confirm that we do not sell or share personal information.
Put “California privacy request” in the subject and say which right you are using. We will confirm the request and may ask for the email tied to the form message or PayPal order so we do not disclose someone else’s information. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We will not charge a different price or refuse an order because you made a privacy request.
Children
This site is a general store. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and order records stay for as long as we need them to finish the order, answer a later question, and meet accounting duties. You can ask us to delete a message that is no longer needed for those purposes.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new date appears at the top of this page.
